• With a cocktail in hand, explore the unique botanicals that shape gin’s flavour- from citrus to spice, floral to herbaceous.
• Sample gins infused with different botanicals to decide which flavours will inspire your personal blends.
• Create and bottle two 200ml small-batch gins, perfectly balanced under our distiller's expert guidance. Go bold and spicy, or light and floral - the choice is yours.
