This year, we’re mixing things up with a trio of innovative cocktails that pay homage to the classic Negroni while showcasing our mixologists' creativity and expertise. Bartender's Breakfast
A bold and smoky twist to kickstart your evening. Coffee-infused Beefeater gin meets the earthy depth of Ojo de Dios mezcal, the rich complexity of Sweetdram whisky amaro, and the unmistakable bitter-sweetness of Campari.

White Chamomile
A delicate and aromatic creation featuring Lind & Lime gin, Quaglia Chamomile Liqueur, and the floral elegance of Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto. A sip of serenity in a glass.

Sbagliato
A sparkling reinterpretation of the classic, blending Dom’s mix-infused Havana 3yr rum, Abelha Silver cachaça, Antica Formula, Noilly Prat, and a celebratory splash of prosecco.
