Join us at The Red Lion for a new weekly Vinyasa Flow yoga session with Sadie — the perfect way to reset, unwind and ease into a new week.

Vinyasa Flow is a smooth, energising style of yoga that links movement with breath. Think steady transitions, gentle heat in the body and a rhythm that leaves you grounded, focused and a lot less tense than when you arrived. It’s suitable for all levels, whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just dipping a toe in.

We’ve made it a weekly class due to popular demand, turning our ballroom into a calm, spacious setting for an hour of movement and breathing before the week fully kicks in. As it’s The Red Lion… you’re very welcome to stay for a drink afterwards — a soft one, a pint, whatever helps you round off a Monday feeling good.
